According to the UN Environment Programme, 39% of the global carbon emissions driving our Climate Emergency are caused by the construction and use of buildings. Yet too often sustainability is sold as a luxury or seen as an added difficulty.

Field Practice takes a joined-up approach to the design process, bringing together expertise from a range of disciplines to create projects which are ambitious in their vision, yet straightforward to procure and construct.

Through minimising waste - in terms of time, money and resources - and considering the practicalities as we design, we create opportunities to use high quality, low impact materials and approaches in ways which are accessible on ‘everyday’ projects with modest budgets.
